  • Received the hiring documents.
  • Help the employees to collect their insurance files from different insurance offices so they are all in one insurance office.
  • Issue the contracts and social insurance.
  • Employee signs contracts and Form 1.
  • Employee receives Medical Policy Benefits, How to use Medical Services and IBS booklets.
  • Opening files on social insurance to make sure that the new hires are socially insured and fully compliant to all Egyptian Laws and any legal requirements.
  • Issue HR letters to facilitate opening bank accounts.
  • Issue National Bank Payroll card for employees who don't have a bank account.
  • Delivered any HR letters required next day or maximum 48 hours for Embassy Letters, Loan Letters, Open Account letters etc.
  • Follow up social insurance, medical & life.
  • Follow up labor office inspections.
  • Signature of resignation, social insurance form 6 and any other exit documents issued.
  • Experience letter (English, Arabic or French) and Release letter are given to employee.
  • Form 6 is submitted to Social Insurance authority.
